We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the foil seal on the tablet sleeve must be fully intact and unopened. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns where the foil seal has been broken or tampered with.
To initiate a return, please email us at help@optimisemi.com with your order number and details of the item(s) to be returned. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused and returned to sender.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
- Returns must be sent using a tracked postal service, and we recommend you keep proof of postage.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach our warehouse.
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been completed.
No, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the product price only, provided the return meets our policy criteria.
We're really sorry if your item arrives damaged or faulty. Please email us at help@optimisemi.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original order (provided it meets our returns criteria), and placing a new order separately.

Please return your item in secure, protective packaging to prevent damage in transit. The product must arrive in resalable condition, with the foil seal intact. We recommend reusing the original outer packaging if possible.
Yes, you can return multiple products from the same order in one parcel, just make sure each item meets our returns policy (with the foil seal fully intact) and that you’ve contacted us in advance about all the items you're returning.
Please ensure everything is securely packaged and include your order number inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly.
