All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch in cases such as stock shortages, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from pricing errors.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the UK and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We are not liable for delays due to postal services or force majeure events.

8. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. After notifying us of your wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the products. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Due to hygiene regulations, consumables that have been opened cannot be returned.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of Optimisemi Limited and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

13. Competitions and Promotions

  • Eligibility: Competitions are open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Optimisemi Limited, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
  • Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter unless otherwise stated. Entry instructions will be provided in the relevant promotional materials. Unless otherwise specified, only one entry per person/email address is permitted.
  • Closing Date: All entries must be received by the published closing date. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
  • Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. The decision of Optimisemi Limited is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Notification: Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  • Publicity: Winners may be asked for their consent to have their name and county published in accordance with applicable laws. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Marketing Consent: By entering, you may choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Optimisemi Limited. You can unsubscribe at any time. Opting out will not affect your eligibility to enter or your chances of winning.
